The Innervation of the skin is “metamerised” as you see. I do not know a very precise relation between these dermatomes and chakras. Yet, you may note roughly three groups of dermatoms :

- Head => Ajna
- Neck, shoulders and arms => Vishuddha
- Thorax and belly => Anahata and Manipura
- From waistline to feet => Svadhishthana and Muladara
